The jokes are indeed funny, but sadly I've heard them before.

I do however love the bit about the brain-like function of the intestines and their neurotransmitter qualities. I've only recently started learning about this and I'm sure their is much more to learn. Dr. David Perlmutter and Dr. Steven Gundry are two experts who I've learned a bit from.
