You’ve picked a volatile topic, which risks unmasking our beliefs and biases when we choose to engage.
By digging a little deeper into the existing narrative provided by various media sources ( of which I am highly sceptical and justifiably so), one can come to a greater understanding of the current situation in the Middle East.
Notwithstanding the long and complicated history of the region, it’s worth stepping back and looking at the events without the traditional blinders of religion and politics.
A military response by Israel to the atrocities of Oct. 7 was a given.
Set aside any personal or media and/or propaganda driven agenda regarding the intensity of the response and ascertain whether the military objectives can or will be reached.

Surely humanity can find a better way than armed conflict to claim superiority as a species.
